C/o arm soreness. This morning, he had a slight headache. He went to school. Headache/ chills. Normal lunch. Rested all afternoon. Still have headache. Chills went away. No temp. Up at 5 pm, ate a pear cup. 15-20 minutes later, vomited twice. Still nauseated. No sore throat.
