routine scheduled lab work on 03/28/25 ~72 hours after vaccination: acute mild neutropenia (WBC 2.24, 40% N, ANC 1.08 K/micro L), mild thrombocytopenia (plts 103,000), blood dyscrasias (mixed microcytic and macrocytic changes, 1+ poikilocytosis, tear drop cells, schistocytes, ovalocytes, spherocytes, target cells, anisocytosis, created cells, acanthocytes)
