Symptom narrative

Approximately 15-30 minutes after the shot, unberable pain in arm, and thunderclap headache that was excruciatingly painful, couldn't get off the floor or stop sobbing. Ended up with a sore arms for moths and was unable to apply pressure on sleep on the side due to arm pain.
