Symptom narrative

Within 1 hour of vaccine pt began to have severe pain, erythema and severe edema at injection site, the next day pt had urticaria from head to toe which resolved within 24 hours, currently experiencing left sided myalgias and paresthesias of left arm, trapezius, and left side of neck
