Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Seizure-Mild, Additional Details: After administering the vaccine, patient slightly slumped down and seemed to have seizure like convulsions. Happened quickly and then she came out of it asking what happened. 911 was called. EMS arrived and patient was fine and talking. EMS not sure if due to patient not eating, being nervous. EMS said sounded more like fainting episode since not prolonged seizing activity.
