Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Infection-Medium, Additional Details: Patient developed arm swelling at injection sight. 2 to 3 inches in size. Dr prescribed cephalexin to treat possible infection. Unknown cause as site of injection was wiped with alcohol and sterile needle was used on sealed prefilled syringe.
