Symptom narrative

Pt called the clinic the next day after vaccination, about 10:30 AM on 4/3/25. She stated she had Left sided "jaw swelling" that began about 4 hours after vaccination and lasted throughout the night. She still had swelling at the time of the phone call. She denied tongue and throat swelling, denied fever, rash, itching and denied difficulty breathing. She was self-treating with ice and Tylenol. She also stated that she had been having pain with a left sided wisdom tooth and had called a dentist to ask about the swelling. She was advised to seek urgent care or ER, and to see a dentist as soon as possible.
