Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy on 4/3/2025 stating that she thought she was having a reaction to a vaccine she received last week. Her arm was very swollen and painful and has increasingly gotten worse since she received the shot. She was advised to go to doctor to be fully evaluated.
