Patient received dose of Moderna COVID 24-25 vaccine that had gone past it's approved Beyond Use Date. Beyond Use Date for this vaccine was 3/22/2025, but dose was given on 3/27/2025. Patient's family made aware, provider within office made aware. No reports of adverse effects to present.
