Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Additional Details: patient came in the pharmacy on 3/30 and i saw her left armat the injection site was red and swollen. patient reported the site being hard to touch and severe pain at the site. she seemed flushed and reported some difficulty in daily activities. recommended patient to go to an urgent care and patient was going after leaving the pharmacy
