Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: He said the Dr told him the injection site was infected and the injection was too low, but it looked to me like a normal reaction not an infection and the red/swollen are had lowered on the arm due to gravity. Advised to use ice and ibuprofen (he was also geiven an antibiotic)
