Symptom narrative

Patient reports redness, swelling, extreme pain, muscle spasms, vomiting, and an MS flare up. Patient told me about a suspicion of MS her doctor's once had that they later explained away as related to her thyroid or parathyroid endocrine disorder.

Medical history

hyperthyroidism, osteoporosis, patient said doctor's thought she had MS and then decided her symptoms were related to hyperthyroidism.

Other medications

triamcinolone 0.5% ointment, estradiol 0.05mg patch, methimazole 10mg 2qd, vitamin D3 50,000 units, fosamax70mg, prometrium 200mg.

Allergies

opioids, tizanidine, latex, eggs
