Symptom narrative

Brother called to report swollen jaw, fainting, WBC elevated, dizziness, fatigue on 4/3/25. Reports started day after vax given 3/20/25. Reports seen at urgent care x2. First visit only given Tylenol no dx given, second visit few days later, no better, WBC elevated from 1200-1400, given antibx for infection, and advised to f/u with hematology.
