Symptom narrative

I began getting really sick with a respiratory illness December 2023. I went to a primary care facility in middle of December with sharp burning pain shooting down left arm. I still wasn't getting better. I went into Hospital On January 4th with sever numb feet and barely able to walk. 3 days later I was diagnosed with Guillen Barre Syndrome. I was paralyzed from head to toe, placed on a ventilator, trach & feeding tube. I was in the hospital for two months and than transferred to in patient rehab February 28 2024. I left rehab on March 28th & finally went home.
