Symptom narrative

Vaccine given on 3/10/25, Dry cough began one or two days after vaccine given. On 3/14/25 I took patient to the ER where they diagnosed him with pneumonia. After further testing he was . diagnosed with ILD. He was admitted to hospital. After 5 days he was transferred to ICU at another hospital. He has been there for 15 days and remains in hospital at this writting. Prognosis is poor, and it is epected he will not survive. PS date of filing 4/3/2025
