Symptom narrative

11 y/o girl: Felt woozy after standing up quickly just 1-2 minutes after receiving HPV vax. She had also received Flu and MCV vax just before this HPV #2. No loss of consciousness. Patient lay down for a few minutes and felt well again. Has had similar VASOVAGAL SYNCOPE after a blood draw. Patient was happy and went home.
