Symptom narrative

Thunder clap headaches (front left side of forehead) began 3 days after first dose. They were triggered EVERY TIME I coughed, laughed hard, cried, yelled, bent over. Neurologist scheduled a CT and MRI in December 2021 and found what might be aneurysm. Brain Angiogram was performed on February 7, 2022. The procedure caused a thunder clap headache. No aneurysm found. I had a stroke following Brain Angiogram. Followed up with a new Neurologist in April 2022. Still having thunder clap headaches. Dr scheduled an MRV in May 2022. Additional strokes were discovered. I was diagnosed with RCVS. I had no prior history of RCVS. Amlodipine was prescribed in May 2022 and by June 2022, all Thunder clap headaches stopped. I took Amlodipine daily until May 2024. Upon stopping the medication, I have not had any reoccurring RCVS symptoms.
