Symptom narrative

Roughly 5 mins after administration patient reported itching in ears, lightheadness, increase respiratory rate/heart rate. Patient sat down and monitored for 30 minutes where she progressively gotten better before leaving and advised to see medical attention from a provider. Patient took a over the counter 25mg bendryl tablet at min 5 post vaccine to help alleviate symptoms. followed up 3-4 hours later and pt reported to have recovered fully with no other symptoms present
