Pain, Lethargy, Dizziness 2-3 weeks following Covid Vaccine injection. Joint pain within a month: by April 21, knees hurt so bad, I could hardly maneuver stairs. Iron 37, sat 8, ferritin 10. Followed by Elbows (nodules), Ankles (nodule), Shoulders and hands. Seen by multiple providers in (redacted stated) (redacted univeristy), (redacted provider) and Dr., (redacted provider) at (redacted facility). (Low IgG (Dr. '21, (redacted provider) @ (redacted facility) & Dr. - now Low IgG & low IgA. Condition worsened to the point I had to leave employment 11/22 as I was not able to continue working, i.e., pain, joint swelling, fatigue, chronic diarrhea - after a rewarding career of 41 years. Met with Dr., Rheumatologist in (redacted location) - Diagnosed: RA, M06.09, Sjoghrens M35.00, G89.4 Chronic Pain, M54.50, Low Back Pain, R19.7 Diarrhea, J45.21 Asthma, D80.3 Low IgG. Began RA treatments 04/23, have been on 7 RA medications, with little to no relief.
