Pt passed out after injection. 911 called and pt evaluated, pulse and B/P checked three times. Pt positioned to Trendelenberg. Pt evaluated by doctor. Diagn: vasal/vagal and not allergic reaction. Pt passed out second time. Pt cleared by ER team and rec; ER evaluation. Mother declined.
