Symptom narrative

Administration error: Patient came in for accelerated dosing for Twinrix due to out of country trip coming up. Patient received day 21 to day 30 dose by mistake on day 15. Then came in by mistake on day 21 again. All in all, patient received 4 doses instead of 3. Patient was called via telephone. Patient has no chief complaints and/or adverse effects. Not even a sore arm. Patient was not upset at all / very pleasant and thanked us for getting her immunized for her out of country trip.
