Symptom narrative

employee received Boostrix at 0740 due to reported contaminated needlestick at about 0400 4/4/25. EE called back to employee health office at 14:35 to complain of diarrhea and cramping, with a sore left deltoid. No fever, no rash, no itching, no hives present. No trouble breathing , no tongue swelling, no wheezing. EE admits it could be food poisoning, also suggested possible viral infection.
