Symptom narrative

Proquad given instead of MMR. Order by MD was for MMR but Medical Assistant administered Proquad. Varivax also given on 3/06/25. RN discovered error and reached out to VFC. VFC responded both vaccines are valid and patient should receive subsequent doses in the series on schedule. RN called parents and discussed error.
