Symptom narrative

Patient called pharmacist on 3/31 reporting that her left arm was very sore and she could not lift it up. Patient reported taking tylenol, using cold packs but no relief. Patient was advised to seek medical help at an urgent care/prompt care. Patient was then taken to urgent care and was prescribed Medrol Dose Pack. Patient had to cancel flight going back to home country due to this medical incident.
