Symptom narrative

Patient called about 1:15pm and said about 3 minutes after receiving the vaccines, she started experiencing heart racing, trouble breathing, hot flashes, a funny taste in her mouth, her legs felt weird and walking was difficult. She sat in her car for about 20 minutes waiting for these to subside. At 1:15pm, she said the only thing left she was experiencing was a little shortness of breath.
