Symptom narrative

Patient reports having sore arm the day of vaccination; however the following day patient reported a red, raised ring supporting the vaccine site that was warm and painful. Ring continued to be present and not change in size from day of vaccination to 3 days later. Patient reports full range of motion of arm still although sore the day of. Patient had not tried any treatments , but was recommended to contact MD and to use ice packs to mitigate the pain.
