Symptom narrative

Patient received Boostrix and Prevnar on 3/29/25. At around nighttime on 3/30/25, she started experiencing pounding headaches, nausea, chills, loss of appetite and difficulty falling asleep. Patient took tylenol so far and was prescribed ondansetron ODT on 4/4/25. Blood work will be drawn on 4/5/25.
