Symptom narrative

Symptoms of severe left shoulder pain, weakness, abnormal bruising, and decreased range of motion with onset immediately after vaccine which still persist today (2 weeks after vaccine administration). Diagnosed on 4/3/25 with SIRVA (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration) as a result of an administration error during this vaccination.
