Symptom narrative

Immediately after injection, pt stated they felt faint, their head rolled back, they fainted, then about 30 seconds afterward they had a seizure for about 30 seconds. Pt slowly regained consciousness, followed by vomiting several times and sweating. After about 30 minutes, pt was able to get up, leave and walk out of the store unaided. Pt refused emergency services
