Symptom narrative

patient started to experience burning, soreness and redness of area and then started blistering and sore like a boil. She went to her Md and he said to take Claritin and apply ice to reduce redness. Patient came in to report adverse reaction after speaking with her MD and she presented still with redness and burning of area but improving every day.
