Symptom narrative

vasovagal syncope. pt said he has nausea and asked for trash, he thought he may vomit, I runned to the phone and called 911 for few seconds, as I was working alone. pt was getting pale, sweating, dizzy, ears ringing and felt he will pass out. pt did not loss conscious. 911 arrive and took over, pt did not go to the hospital. pt said he feels better.
