Symptom narrative

Patient signed up for RSV online and shot was never processed through the system. When patient arrived she mentioned she was receiving two vaccines prevnar and RSV. Pharmacist administered the shots right then the prevnar that was ready and the RSV and told patient she would give her the receipt after. Once she the vaccine was processed through the insurance is when it was noticed it was dose number 2.
