Symptom narrative

Sore entire right arm that hasn't gone away. Ended into neck area and caused back headaches about 1-2 days after. Lasted until 03/31/25 Greying in right eye lasting 8 hours about 4 weeks after Malaise right away. Lasted until 03/31/25 Dizzyness and Lightheadedness continuously 2 days after receiving the vaccine, Lasted until 03/31/25 Feeling "in a fog" and not all there right away. Lasted until 03/31/25 As of 04/04/2025 only has the sore right arm and choose not to receive treatment
