Symptom narrative

Developed cough, body aches, headache, sore throat and nausea, sore arm, redness, tenderness at injection site. (Baseball size) Self treated with Tylenol and OTC cold medicine. arm redness, swelling went down within 24 hours. Declined office visit to assess.
