Symptom narrative

pt says she began having shortness of breath and her chest became tight. She noticed her throat started closing. She took a Benadryl and then about an hour and half later she took another Benadryl. Her throat is still tight and her tongue feels thick but she is not having any trouble breathing. She is going to reach out to the pharmacy and her allergist.
