Symptom narrative

Patient experience syncope symptoms (slowed breathing, felt dizzy and light headed, almost fainted) patient was instructed to stay seated and focus on breathing. 911 called and EMS arrived and patient received full evaluation.

fluticasone- salmeterol 500-50mg inhaler, desloratidin 5 mg ,spiriva respimat, fluticasone nasal spray

Lab data

EMS checked for breathing and blood pressure (seemed low initially) but after short period of waiting, blood pressure reading yielded better result (closer to normal BP reading). Patient was feeling better and was able to stand and walk out to her car after a short period of time 20-30 minutes
