Symptom narrative

Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Additional Details: Six to eight hours after immunixation patient felt sick. Woke up next day slightly swollen in face. Monday 4/1/25 it kept getting worse and they instructed her to take benadryl. Took benadryl Monday and Tuesday. Swelling went down a little bit on Tuesday 4/2/25. Patient is going to the doctor due to the fact she is still swollen and can't smile fully as of 4/2/25.
