Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Patient had a reaction about 5 minutes after injection was given. Patient says he is not feeling good and fainted, patient fell down to the floor. I had the patient lay down with legs elevated for about 5 minutes, then he felt good enough to sit up which he was given water and orange juice. BP taken measured 88/62 mmhg. After about 10-15 minutes, bp measured at 102/64 with colors returning to the lips. Patient then said he felt good enough to leave which I agreed.
