Patient had ear ached the morning of vaccination, saw prescriber that gave him prescription medications. Ear ache got worse 4/3/2025 and eventually lose hearing in ear.

Current illness

Patient had went to the doctor the morning of vaccination for ear ache, on 4/3/2025 ear ache started to become worse. On 04/04/2025 intensification of pain, now patient can not hear out of that ear.
