Symptom narrative

Extreme exhaustion started 2 hours after dose, laid down and slept for 2 hours. Awoke and realized a rash had started. The following day it progressed to hives all over neck, chest and trunk. Hives continue through today. Patient has not taken anything to help decrease the reaction. I counselled that she could take allergy medication or see a provider for a course of steroids. She said she was going to continue to ride this out without medications.
