Symptom narrative

After third pneumococcal vaccine Vaxneuvance given 9/17/24 at 11 months old at office (first time seen by our group): slept a very long time and difficult to awaken. It was like he was unconscious and wouldn't wake up for an hour though pinching him, yelling his name and shaking him. Wouldn't even move and limp when picked up. Breathing very shallow. Had to hold head as falling backwards. Considered taking to ED, but then after an hour woke up with yelling at him, but still was groggy and fell back asleep. Went back to sleep but breathing back to normal. Acted fatigued for another day.
