Symptom narrative

On 4/2/25 @ 4:39 pm patient received both vaccines approx. 5-10 later, patient indicated to mom & Dr. that she was feeling some tingling in her face and little visual distortion & felt like she was going to faint. Patient was then moved onto a stretcher and placed in Trendelenburg position VS were normal except for transient increments of the blood pressure (180/95) patient improved after 20 mins.
