The patient received the immunization without an issue. While the patient was waiting afterwards, the patient fell onto the ground for a brief period. There was some shaking noted in the arm and head. Per RN on the scene, there was no evidence of head trauma. After the event, the patient denied any complaints. The patient was positioned in a place of comfort and given water. 911 was called, the EMS responded and arrive on the scene. After talking with the paramedics, the parent decided to take the patient to a urgent care rather than being transported by ambulance to the ED.
