Recurring bloody stools on 3/14/2025. PO feeds stopped 3/15. Signs of pain noted 3/14so went to ED around 9 pm. Tx was GI rest, antibiotics, IV fluids, and monitor Pneumatosis. Slowly introduce oral/ng feeds of Alimentum..
