DONOR CALLED TO REPORT THAT HIS RT.ARM IS STILL SORE FROM RECEIVING THE TETANUS IMMUNIZATION ON 2/10/25. DONOR STATED THAT HIS ARM HAS BEEN SORE EVER SINCE THE IMMUNIZATION BUT IS JUST NOW REPORTING IT. DONOR DENIES ANY REDNESS, WARMTH OR SWELLING AT THE SITE. DONOR CAN STILL DO HIS JOB AS A PAINTER AND INSTALLING FLOORING. COUNSELED DONOR TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION WITH HIS FAMILY PHYSICIAN. DONOR HAS NOT SOUGHT ANY MEDICAL ATTENTION SINCE RECEIVING THE IMMUNIZATION.
