did not go back for the second dose of the series; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a adult male patient who had not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 14-NOV-2023 to left arm). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: did not go back for the second dose of the series). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-OCT-2025 The reporter was patient itself. The reporter mentioned that the patient had plan on going back for the second dose.
