I never took the second shingles shot, It has been 5 years; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix with an associated reaction of no adverse event (Received 1st dose of Shingrix vaccine 5 years ago.). Concurrent medical conditions included atrial fibrillation, stenosis and fibromyalgia. On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I never took the second shingles shot, It has been 5 years). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-Mar-2025 The patient took the shot about 5 years ago with no problems. The patient have had several problems as atrial fibrillation, stenosis, fibromyalgia, which had nothing to do with taking the shot. The patient never took the second shingles shot, it had been 5 years. Till the time of reporting the patient did not receive second shingles shot which led to incomplete course of vaccination. The reporter wanted to know if he/she still can get the second shingle shot.
