8 year old female patient received Kinrix second dose; 8 year old female patient received Kinrix second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 7D2Y4, expiry date 22-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Kinrix (received 1st dose of Kinrix in 2022). On 20-MAR-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Kinrix. On 20-MAR-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 8 year old female patient received Kinrix second dose) and extra dose administered (Verbatim: 8 year old female patient received Kinrix second dose). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and extra dose administered were not applicable.
