Symptom narrative

No symptomatic events reported.; Inbound call from HBP regarding T/E for VARIVAX on 1/29/2025. HBP reported that vaccines were administered to patients.; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 29-Jan-2025, Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX REFRIGERATOR STABLE) experienced temperature excursion (T/E) at 14.65 degree Fahrenheit for 13 hours 15 minutes. No previous temperature excursion was reported. On 21-Mar-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX REFRIGERATOR STABLE) (lot #Y011712, expiration date: 02-Jul-2026) 0.5 mL as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (Product storage error). No symptomatic events reported (No adverse event).
