Symptom narrative

Following vaccine patient report persistent left lower deltoid pain. He suspects the vaccine was administered low in his deltoid and that is leading to the persistent discomfort.

Lab data

Shoulder exam overall normal, no sign of infection, no swelling/erythema. Does of TTP in lower deltoid, but also mild TTP over humeral head. Possible deltoid muscle injury from the vaccine.
